Dangyang Deyi Chemical Co., Ltd., as a new chemical enterprise in Dangyang City, faces shortcomings such as new process technologies, limited practical training, lack of industry experience, and new employees with limited experience. To enable new employees to actively integrate into the company and quickly improve their practical operation skills, Deyi Chemical has implemented a detailed training plan since October 16, allocating 1-2 hours daily for training employees on corporate culture, safety knowledge, operating procedures, and equipment management.
The first training session was conducted by Chairman Min Jiangning himself, who lectured employees on corporate culture. Starting from the principles of corporate culture building and the reasons for the company's establishment, Chairman Min's training was insightful and accessible, giving employees a deeper understanding of corporate culture building. The training session was engaging, with active participation and lively discussion. The 1.5-hour session left everyone wanting more. Through comprehensive employee training, the professional skills and safety operation levels of Deyi Chemical employees have been significantly improved.
In the 1.5-hour training session, Chairman Min started with "What is a person?" leading to "What is a striver?" (a value creator with high life orientation, deep life experience, and high life energy), and then explained "What is excellence?" (the craftsman spirit of always striving for better). The training was insightful and progressive, thoroughly analyzing the business philosophy of "people-oriented, building a passionate and innovative team, pursuing excellence, striving hard, and wholeheartedly serving society."
