To broaden employees' horizons and strengthen corporate culture learning and exchange, on August 19, 64 employees of Dangyang Deyi Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Deyi Chemical), led by General Manager Guan Ming, visited Shanxi Zhuoyue Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhuoyue Company) for a study tour.
　　I. Safety Training
　　"Safety production is everyone's responsibility." After the arrival of all members of Deyi Chemical, Zhuoyue Company conducted safety training to popularize safety knowledge, preparing for the following visit.

　　II. Site Visit
　　At 8:00 am on the 20th, after all Deyi Chemical members gathered for nucleic acid testing, the visit officially began. Led by representatives Wang Kui and Han Jing of Zhuoyue Company, they visited the laboratory, cultural corridor, green vegetable garden, rose garden, production area, and soft power center. The visit covered the company's history, production technology, and social responsibility, allowing Deyi Chemical employees to experience Zhuoyue Company's cultural connotation and fostering aspirations for Deyi Chemical's future development.

　　III. One-on-One On-the-Job Learning
　　Subsequently, accompanied by relevant personnel from Zhuoyue Company, departments conducted one-on-one on-the-job exchanges, discussing work experience, methods, and concepts in depth, gaining a deep understanding of Zhuoyue Company's corporate culture: "The team is more united because of me, the team is more efficient because of me, and partners are more convenient because of me," and "Upright ideology and conduct, refined business and technology, and firm work style." 　　IV. Corporate Culture Lecture
　　The 21st century is the era of cultural management and the era of cultural enrichment. After the visit, all members of Deyi Chemical attended a cultural lecture by Professor Tang Jianmin, learning about Zhuoyue's corporate culture. Under Professor Tang's guidance, all Deyi employees adhered to the spirit of "being an excellent person and doing excellent things," following the philosophy of "taking those who strive as the foundation, building a passionate and innovative team, and striving with the spirit of pursuing excellence to serve society wholeheartedly."
